Although this facility was originally designed to aid the training of our Gig Rowers especially during the winter months, it very soon became appharent that many members of the community would welcome the opportunity to use it also and the voices of interest made it a growing aim to develop this for everyone's enjoyment. We hope we have achieved this and certainly the comments we get are very gratifying. We will endeavour to maintain and improve the equipment and facility for as long as there are members enough to self fund. We are a non profit making community group who depend on members and addition fund raising events to raise enough money to pay the overheads. We will however attempt in as far as possible to keep the Membership fees to a minimum. Currently £80.00 per annum per adult and £25.00 per annum per Junior/Student
