These schedules are correct as from Sunday 2nd March 2008.
For insurance purposes, all rowers must pay their membership fee before going out in the boats.
Anyone wishing to train on the concept machines, please use the times below. There must be a minimum of two fully paid up members present at every training session. An adult rowing member Must be present while Juniors are training (this is for insurance and safety reasons). Everyone using the machines must have viewed the safety video and sign to confirm this. All members will be allocated a free training card and given a training programme to follow. Any cards lost or destroyed will be replaced at a cost of £5.00.
These times will be subject to review at the start of 2008 season. Any Junior rower wishing to train with the adult rowers are more than welcome to give experience of what lies ahead.
All Juniors have the opportunity to row with the A and B Crews if they have trained to the necessary level. Go on give it a go, you may be better and fitter than you think!!! watch out Adults, the kids could have your seat if you dont train hard enough!!!
Due to a high level of lady rowers, it has been necessary to temprarily split the training. 1/2 will train on Mondays at 6.00 and 1/2 on Tuesdays as per below. This will only be until May when the Novice night begins. Please ensure that Rachel Knott is aware of your availability.

Note: These times are when the training sessions will begin. Please ensure you arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to help set up equipment or get boats out on the beach. If you are late, you may literally "miss the boat".!!!! As the season progresses and the boats are on the water, some of the above times may change.. please check regularly for any alterations.
Training schedules have been arranged by the the relevant crew representatives. Any changes to these times and days will be amended here and posted on the notice board in the Boat House. Please ensure your crew representative has a contact number for you so that any last minute changes can be brought to your attention immediately.
